Today, the analyst is releasing the names and ticker symbols of three stocks positioned to benefit — free of charge.

BREAKING NEWS
🍎 Apple’s New HomeView Is The First Product We Just Don’t Get
Apple announced a brand-new product on Tuesday called the HomeView, and well, we’re underwhelmed. For $299, it’s a smart home hub with a screen, basically a little display that sits on your counter or hangs on your wall to control your lights, play music, show photos, and talk to Siri. Apple is pitching it as the command center for your home and a showcase for its upgraded AI assistant.
Here’s our honest reaction: what even is this? It’s like an iPad that can’t move, or a giant Apple Watch bolted to your kitchen wall. We’re struggling to find the point, and it turns out we’re not alone. A lot of people online said the same thing, and this feels like the first time in memory that Apple launched something genuinely new that nobody seems excited about.
😐 It’s playing catch-up: Amazon’s Echo Show and Google’s Nest Hub have done this exact thing for years, so Apple is late to a party that was never that exciting.
📉 The market yawned: Apple stock had basically zero reaction to the announcement, which tells you Wall Street isn’t impressed either.
🔋 The innovation well looks dry: For a decade now, the playbook has been the same product with a slightly better camera and slightly better battery.
The Munch Take: We’ll say what we’ve been saying for a while: no shame to boomers, but Apple has quietly become a boomer company. It’s been selling the same phone with minor tweaks for ten years, and it’s been an absolutely spectacular run for shareholders. The stock just hit a $5 trillion market cap, it’s up 26% this year, and up 136% over five years. Truly phenomenal. But a wall-mounted Siri screen is not the work of a company firing on all cylinders in the AI era. Eventually, somebody is going to out-innovate them, and products like this make that day feel a little closer. The brand just isn’t what it used to be. The stock has been incredible, but we’re not buyers here. A company this valuable should be dreaming bigger than a fancy clock for your kitchen.
A 70-Year-Old Mine Comes Back (Ad)
A small company valued at under $20 million owns this entire gold mine.
This summer it started drilling again, aimed at both gold and tungsten.
Why tungsten? The U.S. military depends on it, and most of the world's supply is produced in China.
Order L-208 shut this mine down in 1942. It has been silent for about 70 years.
NEWS OF THE DAY
📊 The Inflation Report That Could Decide The Fed’s Next Move
Circle 8:30 a.m. ET, because that’s when the September inflation report, known as CPI, hits, and this one carries extra weight. It’s the last major inflation reading before the Fed makes its big interest rate decision on October 28, so everyone from Wall Street traders to the folks at the Fed will be glued to it.
Headline inflation is forecast to rise 0.6% from August and hit 3.6% over the past year, up from 3.4%. That jump sounds scary, but there’s a catch: most of it is being driven by higher gas and energy prices from the ongoing Middle East conflict, not a broad-based price surge.
That’s exactly why the number everyone actually cares about is core inflation, which strips out volatile food and energy to show the real underlying trend. Core is expected to rise just 0.2%, a cooldown from last month. If that holds, it’s a very good sign.
🎯 Core is the number that matters: A hot core reading above expectations could revive fears of another rate hike. A cool one basically takes an October hike off the table.
📉 Hike odds have already dropped: After a weak September jobs report, markets now price roughly 80% odds that the Fed holds steady on October 28.
🛢️ Energy is the wild card: Gas prices had a record September jump, so the headline number will look hot even if the underlying picture is calm.
The Munch Take: This is the big one, so don’t get whipsawed by the headline number. If you see “3.6%” flash across the screen and panic, you’ll miss the real story. The game is all about core inflation. A calm core print likely means no rate hike before the midterms, which the market would cheer, and it would take pressure off those sky-high bond yields. A hot core print flips the script and puts an October hike right back on the table. Our playbook never changes: we’re not trading one data release, we’re watching how the market digests it. If a hot number spooks stocks and drags quality names lower, that’s our shopping cue, not our panic button. Watch core, ignore the noise, and keep your list ready.

MARKET OVERVIEW
🍿 Tasty Movers & Shakers
🤖 $META Meta climbed 2.63% after launching Muse Wonder, a frontier-level family of AI models built to go toe-to-toe with the industry’s best. Meta keeps spending big to prove it belongs at the top of the AI race.
📸 $GETY Getty Images surged 15.65% after locking in up to $533 million from the Getty family and Koch Equity Development in a bankruptcy restructuring that takes the company private. Sometimes the escape hatch is the best news a struggling stock can get.
💾 $MU Micron fell 3.62%, $SSNLF Samsung dropped 7.39%, and $HXSCL SK Hynix slid 3.19% after Chinese rival CXMT showed progress on more efficient memory chips. Nothing rattles the chip giants like a Chinese competitor closing the gap.
🎢 $FUN Six Flags cratered 14.43% after a deadly incident at its Six Flags Over Georgia park. A tragedy like this is both heartbreaking and a serious overhang for a company built on thrills and trust.
🚀 $SPCX SpaceX sank 4.21% as AI-related stocks sold off on memory chip market worries.
🍕 $DPZ Domino’s dropped 4.76% despite beating on earnings, as sluggish sales growth showed budget-conscious customers are still pulling back. A win on paper means little when the top line won’t cooperate.

STOCK OF THE DAY
💛 Bumble Just Got Bought & Shareholders Are Dancing
Swipe right on this one. Dating app Bumble got acquired on Tuesday, and the stock absolutely erupted, soaring over 50% on the news. The buyer is Ithaca Holdings, a new firm run by Sequoia veteran Ravi Gupta and former Meta executive John Hegeman. The deal values Bumble at $1.3 billion, with shareholders getting $6.05 per share in cash, a staggering 138% premium over where the stock closed just days before the news hit.
So why the massive pop? Simple: buyouts pay a premium, and this one was huge. Bumble has been struggling badly, with falling users and shrinking revenue for nearly two years, which crushed the stock. Then along comes a buyer willing to pay more than double the recent price. For long-suffering shareholders, that’s a life raft dropped from the sky.
Here’s the part we find genuinely fascinating. In his announcement, Gupta made a sharp point: as AI gets more powerful and intelligence becomes cheap and everywhere, human connection becomes more precious, not less. His whole thesis is that no robot can replace the desire for two people to actually find each other.
💘 It’s an AI-proof business: People will always want to connect, date, and fall in love, no matter how advanced technology gets. That’s a demand no chatbot can kill.
🕸️ The network effect is the moat: A dating app is only valuable because millions of people are already on it. That’s brutally hard for a competitor to replicate.
💵 Cash deals lock in the gain: Shareholders get a fixed $6.05, so there’s no more guessing, the exit price is set.
The Munch Take: An absolutely phenomenal run for anyone who held this beaten-down stock. We’re not chasing it, there’s no point buying now that the price is capped at the buyout number. But the real lesson here is gold. In a market obsessed with which companies AI will destroy, Bumble is a reminder to hunt for the opposite: businesses AI can’t touch. Human connection, powerful network effects, real demand that no algorithm replaces. That’s exactly the kind of durable, AI-resistant moat we want to own. The crowd chases the AI winners. We’d rather quietly collect the AI-proof ones. Sometimes the best trade is the one nobody’s swiping on.
